Organise your own
Read-in for Palestine

Join Parents for Palestine in creating your own Read-in for Palestine session and take part in Read Palestine Week (29 November – 6 December).

We invite parents across London and beyond to organise reading gatherings as a powerful way to nurture learning and solidarity with  Palestine.

You can organise a session in any local space, such as:

  • Public library

  • Community centre

  • School or nursery

  • Your living room with a few families

Your read-in toolkit

We’ve created an easy-to-use Toolkit that supports you in planning and running your session.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Guidance on how to engage children in conversations about Palestine through age-appropriate books

  • Suggestions for simple creative activities

  • Printable resources to use on the day

Create your invitation

To help you spread the word about your event, we’ve also prepared a customisable Canva invitation template.

Please copy the Canva project and rename your version before editing.

This keeps the original design untouched so others can access and use it too.

Email us your post ➡️ parentsforpalestine@gmail.com so we can help you spread the word on it. Or simply message us on IG.
